Melbourne, Australia – 18 February 2026
The search is on for global innovators ready to validate and scale their agri-tech for the broadacre grains industry as the Land x Launch™ AU program opens applications for 2026.
Delivered by Farmers2Founders in partnership with the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), the program officially launched the search for its 2026 cohort on Tuesday at the flagship sideline event of Melbourne’s evokeAG showcase.
Speaking at the Farmers2Founders’ International Agrifood-Tech Pitch Challenge, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Farmers2Founders Skye Raward said agri-tech innovators around the globe were invited to apply for the chance to validate and scale their technologies within the Australian broadacre grains industry.
“From boosting grower profitability and productivity to driving climate resilience, this program is designed to accelerate technologies that can genuinely transform broadacre grains production,” Ms Raward said.
“Through unparalleled access to commercial grain growers, advisor networks, corporate customers and key industry partners across Australia, Land x Launch™ AU gives scale-ready ventures the opportunity to prove their solution in real-world conditions and fast-track market adoption.”
The program will target proven and emerging solutions – from drought resilience to digital agronomy – with clear relevance to Australian broadacre grain growers.
“GRDC is proud to support Land x Launch™ AU as we continue to identify and accelerate innovations that can strengthen the profitability, productivity and resilience of Australia’s grain growers,” GRDC Business Development Manager Tim Spencer said.
“GRDC is committed to investing in innovation that delivers tangible returns for Australian grain growers, and Land x Launch™ AU provides a valuable mechanism to connect global technologies with local industry needs.”
Applications for the 2026 Land x Launch™ AU Grains program close on 29 March, with expressions of interest to be submitted via the Farmers2Founders website.
