A Practical Pathway from Prototype to Pilot Readiness.

Build real traction through deep customer and partner engagement and credible pilot planning.

Program Overview

The Go-To-Pilot Startup Accelerator is a structured, practical program designed to help early-stage agrifood-tech startups move from prototype to pilot readiness by building genuine traction with customers and end-users who experience the problem first-hand.

The program focuses on deep customer understanding, operational realism and clear pilot pathways- the foundations that partners, producers and funders look for when supporting field trials.

Moving from prototype to pilot in agrifood-tech requires more than a strong solution. It requires evidence that the problem matters, that end users are engaged and that a pilot can be executed in real operating conditions.

The program supports agrifood-tech startups to:

  • Engage deeply with farmers, operators and trusted advisors

  • Replace assumptions with real field-based evidence

  • Translate insights into practical, credible pilot concepts

  • Build traction that strengthens conversations with partners and funders

This is not a traditional accelerator. It is a pathway to pilot readiness, grounded in real-world engagement.

Real Talk From Our Alumni

Aqua Ubique

I was a first-time founder with no background in agriculture or AgTech when I came across the Farmers 2 Founders program. Our company makes water from air – which we knew had obvious applications in farming and livestock – but where to start? Who to talk to? We had no idea… I was also a bit dubious of the time investment the program required. Having had a few business coaches in the past, did I really have 10hrs a week that I could commit to a program? Or would that time be better spent fighting fires and getting the business off the ground? I’m so glad we applied. Not only do we now have an awesome cohort of other founders and mentors to bounce ideas off, but we: -         can properly articulate our value proposition, -         understand our unit economics and -         have a solid strategic plan moving forward. I didn’t understand just how much we hadn’t considered until the program took us through the activities and asked some really pointed questions. Having now stepped through the process, we’re heaps more confident for what 2025 has in store and can fully appreciated the thousands of dollars we’ll have saved – just because we took 3 months to plan…

AirAgri

The Farmers2Founders program was what we needed to help refine and target our passion and ideas. Without it we wonder if we would have ever seen our destination and associated path at all with such clarity. We would have been another statistic, a skeleton in the startup grave yard had it not been for Farmers2Founders.

Enclume

F2F was an exceptional program that struck a good balance between start-up business theory and practical, real world applications. The quality of the coaches was outstanding, and the connections formed within the cohort and the industry are invaluable. Our business has made significant progress during our time in the program.

People In Paddocks

Where do I start... The program has lifted me out of the day-to-day operations of running my startup and given me wings to fly to the next level. I now feel extremely confident and excited about the next stage of my startup, and as a bonus my network of founders, funders, mentors and new friends has grown.
