Program Overview
The Go-To-Pilot Startup Accelerator is a structured, practical program designed to help early-stage agrifood-tech startups move from prototype to pilot readiness by building genuine traction with customers and end-users who experience the problem first-hand.
The program focuses on deep customer understanding, operational realism and clear pilot pathways- the foundations that partners, producers and funders look for when supporting field trials.
Moving from prototype to pilot in agrifood-tech requires more than a strong solution. It requires evidence that the problem matters, that end users are engaged and that a pilot can be executed in real operating conditions.
The program supports agrifood-tech startups to:
-
Engage deeply with farmers, operators and trusted advisors
-
Replace assumptions with real field-based evidence
-
Translate insights into practical, credible pilot concepts
-
Build traction that strengthens conversations with partners and funders
This is not a traditional accelerator. It is a pathway to pilot readiness, grounded in real-world engagement.

This program is for you
-
Actively building an early stage agrifood-tech solution (prototype or early MVP)
-
Seeking stronger evidence of customer need and operational fit
-
Ready to engage customers directly and challenge assumptions
-
Preparing for pilots, partnerships and broader ecosystem engagement
-
Focused on building strong early traction to support well-designed pilots and next-stage opportunities
