A hybrid model of online sessions and one in-person event:

FREE - operational costs covered at no expense to you, thanks to the support of the NSW Government's Accelerating Regional Innovation Fund. Participants will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses for the bootcamp.

Examples of circular initiatives within the value+ food and bev supply chain:
Upcycled or ingredients that would otherwise have been discarded. eg: Spent grains from breweries for making bread or discarded fruits and vegetables that don’t adhere to aesthetic industry standards.
Utilising byproducts from the manufacturing process that can be upcycled into new products or used within the process. eg: whey leftover from cheese production used in other dairy products or as a fermentation medium.
Working with farmers, suppliers and distributors who also prioritise upcycling and recycling.
Recycled or biodegradable materials for packaging and/or packaging that customers can repurpose or reuse. eg: glass or durable plastic containers. Alongside innovation for recycling plastics.
Inclusion of return or refill program for glass or durable plastic containers.
