The Producer

Sara and Cheryl are the co-founders and managers of Gippsland Pearls, a food company producing escargot caviar and gourmet mushrooms in East Gippsland, Victoria.  

 

They applied to F2F with an idea for dried mushroom powder, born out of the problems they were facing with oversupply and wastage. Their goal was to explore if a market existed for this product, and if so, identify the customer segments.
