The Harvest Accelerator is a 3 month program designed to equip high potential agtech, food tech or value-added food and beverage businesses with the capabilities you need to scale into national and international markets, deliver transformational growth to your industry and maximise your social and economic contribution through jobs and revenue.
You will learn through the delivery of high quality programming combined with tailored support and exposure to our broad network of industry experts, mentors, investors and advisors. In addition, you are provided with weekly opportunities to connect with your cohort and receive feedback on your business growth strategy.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Australian agrifood tech, food tech or value-added businesses who have a proven customer value proposition in at least one market and you are looking to scale your operations in either your current market or into new markets and/or customer segments.
Businesses must have:

One full time founder/employee working in the business
-
Be registered as a business
-
Proven traction in a minimum of one customer segment/channel

An MVP being tested or working product in market
-
Preliminary idea of the next customer segment/market you will target- to be explored through the program

Willingness to work with coaches and the F2F team throughout the 3 month program, attending sessions, engaging with fellow founders and demonstrating a genuine interest in engaging with the agrifood startup sector
The program will commence in February 2023. All teams must commit to a minimum of one team member (maximum two) to attend the face-to-face bootcamp 19-24 February to coincide with EvokeAg in Adelaide, South Australia.
KEY INFORMATION
The Harvest Accelerator will be open to up to 10 teams who are looking to scale in the agtech, food tech or value added market.
The 10 positions in the cohort consist of:

Grains sector- two positions (sponsored by Grains Research & Development Corporation)

Red meat and livestock sector- two positions (Sponsored by Meat & Livestock Australia)

Tropical North Queensland- two positions addressing identified producer problems (Sponsored by the JCU and TNQ Drought Hub)
-
Up to an additional four positions in agrifood- selected by Farmers2Founders

Applications are open from the 5 September 2022. You can submit your application by clicking any of the 'apply now' buttons. Once we receive your application you will receive a Business Health Check to complete and return to the team.
Shortlisted teams will then be required to submit a pre-recorded pitch by 11 November 2022. Selected teams will then be invited to a 60-90 minute deep dive to ascertain suitability for the the program. The final cohort will be informed on 6 December 2022.

HOW IT WORKS
Equipping high potential agrifood businesses with the capabilities to scale.
The F2F Harvest Accelerator is structured over a 3 month period. The program officially kicks of with a face to face bootcamp from 20-24 February 2023, coinciding with EvokeAg in Adelaide.
The program will then follow a regular structure of weekly strategy sessions, expert masterclasses and connections to our network and community. You will be allocated a business coach and have access to an interim advisory board for the duration of the program. You will also be onboarded to a comprehensive learning management platform with extensive resources to support your growth plan.
