Farmers2Founders is now targeting other red meat producers (beef, lamb or goat) who want to explore value-adding options for their own business.  

Join the Red Meat Value Adding Consortium to:

•    Hear from the experts where the opportunities are to create new value-added red meat products that tap into global trends
•    Build your own carcase utilisation and optimisation model to help you decide where the revenue potential is
•    Explore new opportunities to transform co-products into high value ingredients 
•    Learn about food safety, food regulations, labelling, packaging and value-adding technologies that you will need to be on top of
•    Develop new products that meet the needs of your targeted customer segments
•    Form partnerships that help you build your value chain and get your value-added products to market 
•    Develop your branding and sales & marketing plans and increase your social media and digital presence
•    Participate in showcase events and trade shows
•    Be supported by the F2F team and a cohort of like-minded passionate red meat producers who are on the journey with you
